The Teays Valley Middle School Teams competed at their own invitational this weekend and ran some very good times again.  Teays Valley East finish 2nd out of 10 teams and were paced by Garrett Gilliland 4th place finish in a personal best time of 11:59.

Both Middle Schools participated in the McGowan Invitational at Watkins Memorial and ran against some very good competition.  Teays Valley East was paced by Garrett Gilliland's 15th place finish in a personal best time of 12:20.

The Teays Valley Boys Middle School Teams turned in some impressive times Saturday at Ohio Christian University at the Kiwanis Circleville Invitational.  Every runner was able to improve their times from the previous week.  Teays Valley East finished 4th out of 17 teams.

Teays Valley East and West Middle Schools began their season at the Newark Catholic Invitational this past weekend.  Teays Valley East Middle School finished fifth out of nine teams.  Leading the way  was Garrett Gilliland with a 4th place finish overall.

The Teays Valley Middle School Boys ran their best race of the season at Jonathon Alder on Saturday.  All seven runners posted personal best times for the season lead by Garrett Gilliland's 8th place finish in a time of 12:38 over the two mile course.  Luke Nace, Josh Hill, Thomas Sharp, Zack O'Donnell, Andy Easterday, and Travis Holbrook all improved their times by over 25 seconds.

The Viking Boys ran in a huge race at Pickerington North High School this weekend.  Running well for he Vikings was Josh Hill, Luke Nace, and Thomas Sharp.

The Teays Valley Middle School Boys finished second in the county meet at Hargus Lake.  Top finishers for the Vikings were Luke Nace and Josh Hill.  Andy Easterday also turned in his best time of the year.

The Teays Valley Boys Jr. High Cross Country team ran their best race as a team this weekend at the George Rogers Clark CC Invitational hosted by Catholic Central High School in Springfield.  Running personal best times for the Vikings were: Garrett Gilliland, Josh Hill, Zack O'Donnell, Thomas Sharp, Travis Holbrook, and Andy Easterday.

The Teays Valley Boys Cross Country team ran well Saturday in the Teays Valley Invitational.  Once again pacing the way for the Vikings was Garrett Gilliland and Luke Nace.

Once again the Teays Valley Boys Jr. High Cross Country team ran against a large field of 16 teams at the McGowan Invitational at Watkins Memorial.  Garrett Gilliland and Luke Nace finished within 7 seconds of one another to pace the field for the Viking runners.

The Teays Valley Jr. High Boys Cross Country Team started off the year running at Circleville against a total of 17 other schools.  Pacing the way for the Vikings was Garrett Gilliland and Luke Nace.
