entering grades 3-9. More than seventy athletes participated in many offensive and defensive drills, as well as learning part of the mental game. Congratulations to those girls who won the individual competitions in each grade level. The week ended with competitive, but friendly, games on Thursday.

Teays Valley had senior night on Monday before the Canal game. Tv has 9 seniors Abby Roese, Kala Schif, Hannah Kinzer, Courtney branson, Brooke Buskirk, Alex Taylor, Keeley Odle, Lacey Dent, and Jordan Rasmussen. The seniors with the help of their team members beat Canal last night to be MSL CHAMPS! Congrats to the TV lady Vikes and all of their hard work!

Alex and Randi Taylor combined pitched for 13 k's and only allowed 2 hits. Hitters for TV were Nester, Branson (2), Rasmussen (3), Dent, Roese, Cunagin, and Weber (2). TV record is 19-3. Lady Vikes have 2 more league games to play and are currently in 1st place in the league. Great Job!

TV beat Cville 5-2 in league play on Friday. TV is currently in 1st place in the league with 4 games left of league play. Alex Taylor pitched to hold Cville to 3 hits. Prantl had 2 singles, Nester had 2 singles, Rasmussen had 3 singles, Branson had a single, Cunagin had 1 single, odle had a single, Kinzer had a single and Weber had single. Tv record is 17-3. TV beat 2 top teams saturday. Desale 3-0 and State ranked Granville 6-2. TV collected 10 hits on the weekend and played great deffense with 1 error. Pitching consist of Alex and Randi taylor. TV is 13-3.

TV beat Logan Elm last night 3-0. Pitcher was Alex Taylor. TV defense was stellar with 0 errors! Rasmussen and Branson each had 2 doubles and Nester had a triple. record for TV is 9-3

Alex and Randi taylor combined their pitching to hold Bloom Carrol scoreless. TV had 14 hits for the night. TV defense was strong to support the pitching efforts.

Teays Valley played 2 very good teams this saturday. First game was against Polan Seminary and the 2nd game was aginst mason. TV lost the first game 6-0 and won the 2nd game 4-3. The win consist of great team play for TV to pull the win out in the 7th inning.

Teays Valley had a good showing against the Rangers. Alex and Randi Taylor pitched the 5 innings and TV offense was productive.

The Vikings suffered their first defeat to Bloom Carroll by a score of 6-2. Brittany Tucker pitched with 4 strikeouts, 3 walks, and allowed 7 hits. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Brittany Tucker hit a triple, Suzanne Mays had a double, Ashley Fortner had 2 singles, Tilly Hipwell and Gabby Gregg each had a single. The Vikings are now 3-1 on the season.

Alex Taylor pitched a shut out and collected 13 K's for the win. TV offense created 2 runs off of a HR from Cami Prantl and 2 hits by Hannah Kinzer with a RBI. TV is 4-1.

TV played 2 good teams this weekend and beat Hartley 3-0 and Olentangy Liberty 5-1. Alex and Randi Taylor pitched for a collected 8 hits and allowing 1 run for the weekend. TV was able to produce 8 runs for the weekend. TV played good defense for a very good team win! TV is 16-4 for the season.

Tv played in the Stellar classic at OSU this weekend. Tv beat Zanesville 11-1. Kinzer hit a triple to score 2 runs to end the game in a run rule. Taylor pitched 3 innings and Mays pitched 3 innings. TV played Reginal Div 1 semi finals Lebanon in a very well played game and lost 1-2. Tv played a great defense and pitching game and collected 7 hits against a very good pitcher. Tv just came up short against a very good ball team.

Tv beat C'ville 10-0. A. Taylor threw 6 innings and Mays trew 1 inning. Taylor took the win. TV collected 12 hits for the night. TV has only allowed 4 runs against them in 10 games. Tv have scored 54 runs in 10 games. Great job Vikes!

TV played a double header with Granville saturday winning both. TV record is noe 9-0. Alex Taylor pitched 11 innings allowing 1 run and Kate Mays pitched 3 innings allowing 3 runs. TV played great defense to support the pitchers and made some great plays. TV offense produced some big hits to move runners. Great start for the sb vikings!

Tv took their 2nd league game beating Bloom 8-0. Overall record is 7-0. TV has only allowed 1 run in 7 games. Great job.

Tv sb played Johnstown and Hilliard Davidson this weekend. Scores were 5-0 win and a 9-1 win. Alex Taylor took the win and pitches the first 5 innings of each game and Kate Mays pitched the last 2 innings of each game. TV did a great job supporting the pitchers on defense and did a sound job on offense with key hits and the short game. TV has only allowed 1 run in 5 games! Great job vikings!

The viking sb team is 3-0. They have scored 21 runs and have allowed 0 runs scored. Pitching and defense have been solid and the TV bats came alive last night with good hitting and short game. Great team effort!

The Vikings defeated the Blue Lions 14-2 in 6 innings. Leading hitters were K. Gill 1/1 with a triple, Mollie Heslop 2/5 with a double, and Diane Dziewatkowski who hit a two-run homerun in the 5th. Ashley Holbrook pitched a complete game 1 hitter to record her second victory of the season.

The Vikings played sound defense and defeated Granville 1-0 in the first of two games Saturday, despite stranding 10 runners. K. Gill picked up the win giving up 0 runs, on 2 hits while striking out 6. The Vikings were led at the plate by K. McManus 2/4 with a double and M. Heslop 2/4. In the second game the Vikings game from behind to defeat Columbus Desales 6-5. In this game, the Vikings were led by C. Starkey 1/1 with a double, and D. Dziewatkowski 1/2 with 2 RBIs.

Teays Valley defeated the Braves of Logan Elm 17-0. K. Gill picked up the victory on the mound giving up 0 runs, on 2 hits with 10ks. Leading the Vikings at the plate were: K. McManus 4/5 with a double, C. Starkey 2/4 with a double, T. McLaughlin 2/4 and K. Gill also added a double.

The Vikings lost to Upper Arlington 8-1. Leading hitters for the Vikings were K. McManus and A. Rice with a double a piece.

Ashley Holbrook and Kristen Gill combined for a 1 hit shutout of the Aces. Leading the way for the Vikings at the plate were A. Holbrook 3/4, M. Heslop 2/2, D. Dziewatkowski 2/3 and Kelsey McManus 4/5 with a double and a triple.

In the first of two games Teays Valley defeated a sound Poland team 2-0. The defense played solid behind the pitching of K. Gill. P. Murphy and M. Heslop had key RBIs for the Vikings whom scored both runs in the 4th. In the second game the Vikings fell behind 1-0 in the 1st inning and managed to tie the game in the 6th on a clutch RBI from A. Rice. The Vikings however, fell in 8 innings to Mason. K. Gill went the distance on the mound for the Vikings giving up 2 runs on 5 hits. Gill had 12ks during the 2nd game. The Vikings played extremely well on Saturday and should be proud of their efforts.

TV defeated the Patriots 21-0 behind the power hitting of K. McManus 4/4 with a grand slam and 6 RBIs and T. Fliger 4/4 with 6 RBIs. K. Gill and A. Holbrook combined for the Win on the mound.

The Vikings played an error-free game and went on to defeat Circleville 7-0. Leading the way at the plate were P. Murphy 2/2, K. Gill 2/4 and K. McManus 2/5. K. Gill pitched a complete game giving up 0 runs on 4 hits while, striking out 11 Tigers.

TV defeated the Lions 12-2 in 6 innnings. K. Gill picked up her 4th win on the mound giving up 2 hits, 0 earned runs and had 8 ks. At the plate the Vikings were led by K. McManus 4/4 with a double, R. Teets 3/4 with 3 doubles, K. Meadows 2/2 and T. McLaughlin 2/2 with 2 doubles.

The Vikings defeated the Braves 21-3 in 5 innings. M. Heslop led the Vikings at the plate going 4/5. Also, helping the Vikings at the plate were K. McManus 3/5, T. McLaughlin 2/3 and D. Dziewatkowski 2/5. Gill picked up her 3rd win on the season allowing 2 earned runs on 4 hits while striking out 10.

The Viking defeated Fairfield Union 23-3 in 5 innings. They were led at the plate by T. Fletcher 2/2, M. Heslop 2/4, and T. Fliger 2/3. K. Gill pitched all 5 innings giving up 1 hit and allowing 1 earned run, while striking out 8.

Teays Valley defeated Central Crossing 10-0 in 5 innings. The Vikings were led at the plate by Kelsey McManus 2/4 with a double and Molly Heslop 2/4. Kristen Gill picked up the win on the mound giving up 2 hits while striking out 8.

The Lady Vikings have snatched another victory!!! Pitching 7 strikeouts in the game was Kristin Gill. Kristin Gill, Keri Cunagin, and Alexis Rice combined for a 1-3-5 double play. Kristin Gill while doing very well on the mound stepped it up at the plate with an impressive 3 singles and a home run over the fence with two on base, Ashley Holbrook and Chelsea Starkey each had a double, Rachel Teets and Amanda Schooley each had two hits, while Keri Cunagin and Paige Murphy each had a hit to contribute to the victory. The ladies record so far is 19-0. We play our final game at home tonight against the CIrcleville Tigers. Lets end with another Victory Ladies!!!!

Leading the Lady Vikings was our pitcher Kristin Gill with 14 strikeouts. Hitting for the the ladies was Amanda Schooley with 2 doubles, Krystal Adkins with one double,and Chelsea Conn, Rachel Teets, Chelsea Starkey, and Amanda Rice Eash with one hit. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Hitting for the Lady Vikings were Kerri Cunagin had 4 hits with 2 of them being doubles, Allie Holstein and Chelsea Starkey with three hits each, one of Chelsea Starkeys' hits was a double, Kristin Gill also had three hits one of them being a triple, Rachel Teets and Amanda Schooley each had two hits and one of Amanda Schooleys hits was a Triple, and Amanda Dooley had one hit. Way to go Ladies lets keep the bats going the rest of the week!!!!

Randi Taylor pitched for the victory with 10 strikeouts. Leading in hitting was Weber with 2 singles and an RBI, Cunigan, Teets, and Schooley all with Singles. Way to go Ladies!!!

To end the double header we won. Pitching for the vikings was Weber and Teets who did an excellent job of stepping in and pitching. Weber had 6 strikeouts for 3 innings and Teets had 1 strikeout in two innings. Vikings hitting was lead by Starkey with a double, Weber, Teets, and Prantl each had a single. Way to go ladies and keep up the good work. The Vikings will face Lancaster on Tuesday April 28, 2009 at home.

Hitting for the lady vikes was Cammi Prantl with 2 singles and a double, Amanda Schooley had a triple, Kristin Gill and Amanda Dooley each had a single, and Chelsea Starkey had three singles. The ladies are playing very good ball right now. Keep it up ladies. We are on the road once again on Friday April 24, 2009 at Logan Elm.

Kristen Gill pitched for the victory with an impressive 12 stikeouts. This was her first time pitching for the JV team as she is the freshman pitcher normally. Rachel Teets had a very good catch to end the game in left field. Amanda Schooley did great job catching and making plays happen. Allie Holstein and Jamie Weber were the most aggressive on baserunning and on defense they always make things happen. Our hitting came alive in the 5th inning leading the team in hits was Jamie Weber, Allie Holstein, Keri(Corndog) Cunigan, and Kristen Gill.

The Freshman Lady Vikings won tonight 11-1 in the 5th to move their record to 13-2! Way to go Ladies! The ladies complete their season next week with two home games Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Freshman Lady Vikings won on the road tonight against Pickerington Central. Katherine Lawless had 3 RBI's, while Mikaela Lavy added 2 RBI's and 2 stolen bases, Gabby Hulse had 2 RBI's and Haley Kuder had 1 RBI for the night. The lady vikings take their record to 12-2!!!

The Freshman Lady Vikings lost their second game in the Upper Arlington Freshman Tournament to Grove City's JV team. The girls played hard and re-focused for the next game of three for the day in the tournament. Arica Adams, Kayleigh Sark and Brittany Woodrow all had hits for the Vikings.

The Freshman Lady Vikings got focused in game 3 of the tournament in Upper Arlington winning a great game against Hilliard Davidson 7-3. Katherine Lawless had a triple while Mikaela Lavy, Morgan Kulp and Arica Adams all contributed hitting doubles. Katie Fairbanks was the winning pitcher with 5 strike-outs.

The Freshman Lady Vikings won their final game against Mt. Vernon in the Upper Arlington tournament to finish the tournament 3-1 for a third place finish. Way to go Ladies! Kayleigh Sark and Katie Fairbanks had 2 RBI's each while Haley Kuder, Maddie Taylor, and and Morgan Kulp also logged 1 RBI each!

The Freshman Lady Vikings won easily over Hilliard Bradley tonight scoring 20 runs. Katie Fairbanks again had a great game pitching with 9 recorded strike outs! It was a total team effor and everyone got involved moving the Freshman Team Record to 11-2 for the season.

The Lady Vikings began the first round of the Upper Arlington Freshman Softball Tournament this evening with a win against Hiliard Darby. Katie Fairbanks got the win from the mound giving up 0 runs and logging 6 strike outs. Mikaela Lavy had 2 hits with 2 RBI's and one stolen base and Kayleigh Sark had 2 hits, 2 RBI's and one stolen base as well. The Lady Vikings play Grove City Saturday morning for the second round of tournament play, game time 8:30 a.m..

The Freshman Lady Vikings had their first loss of the season against a very aggressive JV team from Licking Valley. After starting the first three innings down 8-0 the ladies fought hard and came within 2 in the 4th inning, making it 8-6 at the bottom of the 4th. It was a battle to the end and the lady Vikings did a great job getting back in the game and proving they are truly a competitive team. Katherine Lawless had 1 single, 1double and 2 RBI's while Arica Adams added a double and Mikaela Lavy had a hit and 1 RBI.

Katherine Lawless pitched a solid 5 innings and Katie Fairbanks also did a great job from the mound to clinch the victory. Leading the way for the Lady Vikings were Morgan Kulp with 1 single, 1 double and 1 RBI, Arica Adams with 2 hits, 1 RBI, and Katherine Lawless with 1 single, 1 double and 1 RBI. The Freshman Lady Vikings are now 7-1!!! Great Job Ladies!

The Freshman Lady Vikings moved to 6-0 after a win tonight against a competitive Upper Arlington team. Leading the way for the Vikings was Katherine Lawless with 3 RBI's, a single and a double as well as two steals, Arica Adams with 3 doubles, Kayleigh Sark with 2 hits and 1 RBI, Katie Fairbanks with 2 hits, 1RBI, Brittany Woodrow with 2 hits and 1 RBI as well as Morgan Kulp with a triple and homerun in the 7th to secure the lead for her team. Winning pitcher was Katie Fairbanks who continues to throw consistently for the Vikings. Next game is Saturday for a 3-way double header at Pickerington North.

The Lady Vikings continued their winning streak tonight against Licking Heights winning 16-5 after 5 innings of play. Arica Adams did a great job both offensively and defensively contributing 3 hits and 4 RBI's. Mikaela Lavy also had a solid game with 3 singles, 1 double, and 2 RBI's. Katherine Lawless continues to show strong hitting for the team with 1 single, 1 triple, 1 home run and 4 RBI's. Katie Fairbanks also played well with 2 homeruns, 1 RBI and the win from the mound! Great Job Ladies!!! We travel to Upper Arlington tomorrow (4/13/10) for a 5 p.m game.

The Lady Vikings won the first game of their double header 6-2 against a competitive Pickerington Central Team. Katie Fairbanks did a great job pitching for her team today and captured the win. Katherine Lawless led the team with 3 hits, 2 RBI's and 3 stolen bases. Kayleigh Sark also had a great game with 3 hits and 3 steals.

The Lady Vikings won the second game of their double header 6-1 with Katherine Lawless logging the win from the pitching mound. Lawless also continued to hit the ball well with a single and a triple. Kayleigh Sark had two doubles and 2 RBI's while Arica Adams had 1 single, 1 double and 1 RBI. Katherine Fairbanks and Mikaely Lavy also provided solid hitting for the Lady Vikings and Lavy also had 2 stolen bases. Great 4-0 start for the Freshman Lady Vikings!

The Lady Vikings Freshman Softball team came out strong from the get-go to get a huge win over Hilliard Bradley. Leading the way was Mikaela Lavy with 2 homeruns, a triple and 3 stolen bases, Morgan Kulp with 1 homerun, Arica Adams with two doubles, Katherine Lawless with two doubles, Brittany Woodrow with two doubles and Katie Fairbanks with a homerun as well as the win from the mound. The ladies handled the big win with class representing Teays Valley extremely well tonight and being respectful of the other team. Very proud of these ladies!

The Lady Vikings Freshman Softball team started their season with great win tonight against Lancaster, winning 15-2! Leading the way was Katherine Lawless with a triple and 3 RBI's, Arica Adams with a double and 2 RBI's, Morgan Kulp with a double and 1 RBI and Kayleigh Sark also added 2 RBI's. It was a total team effort as most everyone had at least one hit and many stolen bases! Katie Fairbanks pitched a great game for the win. The Lady Vikings travel next to Hilliard Bradley Wednesday 4/07/10 for their next game.

Teays Valley opened Saturday's tournament play with a loss to Lancaster. The Vikings played a solid game but had a hard time getting hits past the Lancaster defense. Kristin Gill was the loosing pitcher. She recorded 6 strike-outs.

In game two of the Upper Arlinton Tournament the Lady Viking came away with the win over Davison. Strong pitching from Kristin Gill helped secure the win. Gill recorded 13 K's. Chelsea Conn lead the hitting with a double and a single.

In the final round of tournament action, Teays Valley won over Mt. Vernon. With the win the Lady Vikings placed third in the tournament. Pitching for a third straight game was Kristin Gill who recorded 13 more strike-outs for the day. Leading the Vikings in hitting were Tiffany McLaughlin and Diane Dziewatkoski. Both had a double and two singles. The Lady Vikes are now 7-3 and face Hilliard on Tuesday.

The Lady Vikings opened the Upper Arlington Tournament with a win over the hosting Upper Arlington Bears. Ashley Holbrook was the winning pitcher. She recorded 8 strike-outs for the evening.

The Vikings got the bats going in game two against Pick North to split the double-header. Ashley Holbrook was the winning pitcher with 4 K's.

Facing Pickington Central once again, the Lady Vikings walked away with their second win of the season. The winning pitcher, Ashley Holbrook, recorded 5 strike-outs. Leading the hitting for Teays Valley was Tiffany McLaughlin with 3 singles. Also hitting for the Vikings were Megan Arnold, Chelsea Conn, Ashley Holbrook, Diane Dziewalkoski, and Paige Murphy all with a single.

The Lady Vikings won their season open in Saturday's double-header against Pickerington Central. Kristin Gill recorded 8 strike-outs and the closer, Ashley Holbrook, recorded 2 K's. Hitting for the Vikings was Diane Dz iewalkoski with a triple, Paige Murphy with 2 singles, and Tiffany McLaughlin, Megan Arnold, Kristin Gill, Taryn Fletcher, Taylor Davis each with a single.

In game two of Saturday's DH, the Lady Vikings fell one run short in their 5-4 loss to Pick Central. Starting pitcher, Ashley Holbrook, recorded 3 strike-outs and closer, Kristin Gill, recorded 4 K's. Chelsea Conn led the hitting for Teays Valley with a double and a single. Also hitting, all with a single each, were Megan Arnold, Tiffany McLaughlin, Taylor Davis, Ashley Holbrook, Paige Murphy, and Taryn Fletcher.

The Vikings defeated the Braves 8-4. Brittany Tucker pitched giving up 3 hits, with 3 strikeouts, and 3 walks. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Brittany Tucker had 2 triples, Suzanne Mays 3 singles, Sadie Bentley a double, Darby Martin 2 singles, and Allie Cartwright Gabby Gregg, Ciera Coleman and Tilly Hipwell all singled. The ladies had a solid defensive effort, and are now 7-2 on the season.

The Vikings struggled at the plate in a loss to the Falcons. Suzanne Mays pitched allowing 4 walks, 4 strikeouts and giving up 8 hits. Allie Cartwright had a double and triple, Cierra Coleman had a double and single, and Tilly Hipwell, Sadie Bentley, Brittany Tucker, and Darby Martin each had a single. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. The ladies are 6-2 on the season.

The Vikings from the East defeated the Vikings from the West 13-7. Pitching for the East was Brittany Tucker allowing 7 hits, 3 walks and 12 strikeouts. Allie Cartwright was behind the plate. Pitching for the West was Carly Rice allowing no walks, 5 strikeouts, and allowed 21 hits. Aerin Ledbetter was behind the plate. Hitting the ball for the East was Allie Cartwright, Darby Martin, Gabby Gregg, Brittany Tucker, Suzanne Mays, Ashley Fortner, Maddie Branch, Sadie Bentley, and Tilly Hipwell. Hitting for the West was Mailli Robinett, Carly Rice, Brittany and Bayleigh. Both teams competed with the good attitudes and sportsmanship was extended by both teams. Great job to both teams!

The Vikings improved to 5-1 on the season with a win over the Indians. Tilly Hipwell pitched the game with Gabby Gregg behind the plate. Tilly had 10 strikeouts and allowed 1 hit with no walks. Everyone hit or scored for the Vikings. Our next game is Saturday @ TV West @ 11 a.m.

The Vikings bounced back with an 11-5 victory over the Aces. Ashley Fortner pitched 3 2/3 innings with Suzanne Mays finishing the game. Allie Cartwright was behind the plate. Ashley had 6 K's, 1 walk and allowed 3 hits, Suzanne had 5 K's, 1 walk and allowed 6 hits. Gabby Gregg hit a double and triple, Darby Martin, Tilly Hipwell and Cierra Coleman each had a double, and hitting singles were Allie Cartwright, Brittany Tucker with 2, Suzanne Mays with 2, and Ashley Fortner with 2. The ladies improved their record to 4-1 on the season.

The Vikings were defeated by Bloom by a score of 6-2. Brittany Tucker pitched for the Vikings allowing 7 hits, 3 walks and 4 strikeouts. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Ashley Fortner led the Vikings with 2 singles, and Suzanne Mays, Brittany Tucker, Gabby Gregg, and Tilly Hipwell each singled. The Vikings are now 3-1 on the season.

The Vikings defeated Circleville 13-2. The Vikings led 3-2 going into the top of the 5th, then scored 1 in the 5th and 9 in the seventh. Suzanne Mays was the winning pitcher with Brittany Tucker coming in and finishing the game in the bottom of the sixth. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Allie Cartwright had 2 doubles, Brittany Tucker had a triple and single, Ashley Fortner had two singles, and Tilly Hipwell, Suzanne Mays, and Katlyn Imler all added a single. The Vikings are now 3-0 and face Hamilton Thursday at Hamilton at 5:15.

The Lady Vikings jumped out to 4-1 lead in the first inning and never trailed in the game. The Vikings scored 4 runs in the first, 1 in the second and 4 more in the fifth. Fairfield jumped out to a 3-0 lead before the Vikings scored 1 in the fifth, 3 in the sixth, and added 5 in the seventh inning to defeat the Falcons 9-3 in their opening game. Suzanne Mays pitched four innings allowing 1 ER, giving up 2 hits, 3 walks, and 5 strikeouts. Brittany Tucker went the last 3 innings giving up no hits, walking 3 and had 4 strikeouts. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Getting hits for the Vikings were Tilly Hipwell, Gabby Gregg, Brittany Tucker, Suzanne Mays, and Ciera Coleman. The TVEMS 7th grade softball team began round 2 of play tonight and left with another win!!

The TVEMS 7th grade team came out ready to play against the Indians! The girls showed a lot of class towards the other team and supported each other the entire game. Haley Salyer pitched all 7 innings with 10 strikeouts!! Each player got at least one hit and made it on base! Way to go ladies!! Keep up the great teamwork!

The ladies finished their regular season defeating Circleville 19-4. The Vikings are now 12-0. They play in a tournament Saturday at Mt. Sterling to finish their season. Pitching for the Vikings in the win was Brittany Tucker with 7 strikeouts, 5 walks, and allowing 6 hits. Aerin Ledbetter and Jessica Tackett shared the catching duties. Gabby Gregg hit a triple and single, Allie Cartwright hit a 3 RBI double, Aerin Ledbetter hit two singles, and Darby Martin, Brittany Tucker, Carly Rice and Tilly Hipwell each had singles. The Vikings defeated Whitehall 20-4. Suzanne Mays pitched with 10 strikeouts, 2 walks, and only giving up two hits. Gabby Gregg and Jessica Tackett combined catching duties. Hitting for the Vikings were Maddy Branch, Aerin Ledbetter, Suzanne Mays, Ashley Fortner, Mailli Robinett, Carly Rice and Tilly Hipwell. The ladies are now 11-0 on the season finishing their regular season tonight at home against Circleville.

The Lady Vikings defeated Bloom Carroll 5-4 after being down 4-0. The Vikings scored 3 runs in the bottom of the fifth, and 2 runs in the bottom of the sixth while holding the Bulldogs scoreless in the last four innings of the game. Brittany Tucker pitched striking out 10, walking 3, and giving up 11 hits. Gabby Gregg was the behind the plate. The Vikings defeated Pickerington Lakeview 8-2 scoring 6 runs in the bottom of the sixth inning after being down 4-2. Pitching for the Vikings was Suzanne Mays through four innings allowing 3 hits, walking 3, and striking out 7. Brittany Tucker finished the game walking 3, striking out 5, and allowing 1 hit. Gabby Gregg was behind the plate. Brittney Tucker and Suzanne Mays each had a triple, Gabby Gregg and Bailee Sturgeon both had a double, and hitting singles were Aerin Ledbetter and Allie Cartwright. The Vikings continued to remain undefeated with a win over Circleville. Brittany Tucker pitched 3 innings with 5 strikeouts, and giving up one hit. Tilly Hipwell finished the game. Gabby Gregg and Aerin Ledbetter shared the duties as catcher. Brittany Tucker hit a homerun and Suzanne Mays had a double. The Vikings defeated Newark in a double header on Saturday. The first game was 5-4, with Suzanne Mays pitching and Gabby Gregg behind the plate. Suzanne gave up 5 hits, with 4 strikeouts, and allowing 4 walks. Gabby Gregg had a double and hitting singles for the Vikings were Allie Cartwright, Darby Martin, Brittany Tucker, Carly Rice, Suzzanne Mays, and Aerin Ledbetter. The second game Brittany Tucker pitched in the 7-2 victory with Gabby again behind the plate. Brittany allowed just 1 hit, walked 3 and struck out 8. Gabby Gregg again had a double with singles from Allie Cartwright, Bailee Sturgeon, Darby Martin, Brittany Tucker, Ashley Fortner, and Alyssa Bell. The ladies are now 3-0 on the season.

The Seventh Grade Softball team opened with a win against Canal 14-1. The winning pitcher was Brittany Tucker with Gabby Gregg behind the plate. Brittany had 7 strikeouts giving up only 1 hit and 1 walk. At the plate Gabby Gregg and Brittany Tucker each had a triple, Brittany and Darby Martin both went 3 for 4 on the night at the plate. Bailee Sturgeon, Suzanne Mays, Ashley Fortner, Carly Rice, and Mailli Robinett also all had singles in the game. Congratulations on a great opener!
