With only 5 boys the TVHS swim team placed 6th out of 15 teams at the 6th annual Viking Invitational. Swimming for the Vikings: Mike Dixon, Addison Miller, Aaron Perrill, Kobi Sethan and Hayden List.
A great meet after so few practices last week. Swimmers with season best times: Hayden List -100 back stroke - 1:31.62
Aaron Perrill -100 breast stroke - 1:22.92
Addison Miller -200 IM - 2:17.13
Mike Dixon - 500 free - 7:36.59
Being greatly outnumbered the Teays Valley Boys swam to a third place finish with a score of 63 points to Miami Traces 65 and Washington CHs 66. The boys took first in 6 of 11 events.
Boys placed 10 th out of 17 teams at the Invitational. Kobi Sethna placed 9th in the 200 Freestyle and 7th in the 100 Freestyle, Addison MIller was 2nd in the 50 and 100 Freestyle.
Every boy had a first place swim today.

Out of 19 teams at the invitational meet the boys finished 14th. Boys scoring points were: 400 Medley Relay (Kobi Sethna, Addison Miller, Remi Langaard, Camron Taylor), Remi Langaard (200 Free), Addison Miller (200 IM), Remi Langaard (50 Free), Addison Miller (100 Butterfly), 400 Free Relay (Miller, Taylor Conn, Sethna, Langaard).

The Teays Valley girls swam to a first place finish in this tri meet with Washington CH and Miami Trace.
Lots of good swims today; Dani Owesn with a best time int he 500 Freestyle, all 3 relays took first place.
First place swims by Lynn Szymckec in the 200 IM and 100 Backstroke and by Sara Thompson in the 50 Freestyle.
The ladies had some great swims in a close loss to Chillicothe. No first place swims but Naomi Brown, Cassie Leslein and Kara Rathburn did a great job swimming the 500 freestyle.

Out of 21 teams at the invitational meet the girls finished 17th. Girls scoring points were: 400 Medley Relay (Dani Owens, Jaimie cavinee, Sam Johnson, Myranda Meyerin), Sam Johnson (200 IM), Naomi Brown (500 Free), 400 Free Relay A (Owens, Cavinee, Johnson, Meyerin) and 400 Free Relay C (Sara Thompson, Melissa Nutter, Kacee perkins, Kara Rathburn).
